v1.45.67 août 2026Dernière version
Nouveautés
- Finish position / finish box with packaging review — When closing a position or a box early on the packing screen, operators now go through the same packaging and weight review step used in the normal packing flow before the remaining missing quantity is declared. This ensures the box is properly closed and labeled even when finished early.
Améliorations
- Article selection shows description — When picking an article on customer order lines, purchase order lines, and handling unit content forms, the selection list now also shows the article description next to its name, making it easier to pick the right article.
- Content movement screen reliability — The stock content movement workflow (moving quantities between locations/handling units) has been reworked for more consistent behavior when navigating back and forth between steps, scanning locations, articles, or handling units, and when resetting the process.
- Round list equipment priority — The round equipment's priority information is now available for display on round-related screens.
Corrections
- Label preview in document history — Fixed an issue where the label preview/print request to the label printing service could fail due to an incorrect address format.
- Manual allocation of many items — Fixed an issue where manually allocating boxes or deliveries could silently omit items when a very large number of rows were selected at once.
v1.45.527 juil. 2026
Nouveautés
- Cella is now available in Spanish across both the web and mobile interfaces.
- Gate entry and appointment forms now capture a "Supplier" field for incoming goods, replacing the previous seal number/weight fields with a single "Container number" field.
- The appointment form now supports selecting carrier special requirements (e.g. customs, dangerous goods, returnable packaging), which also appear on the appointment detail view.
- The truck schedule and visitor schedule calendars now let you click the date label to jump directly to a specific day or week via a date picker.
- Locations can now be configured with an "Automatic assignment" option, visible and editable from the location extras screen.
- Box line details now display a status history section.
- A new permission-based option allows blocking manual entry of appointment names, so the appointment number is always auto-generated by the system.
Améliorations
- When assigning loads, deliveries, orders, or purchase orders to an appointment, entities already linked to that appointment are automatically excluded from the selection list, and the system now prevents accidentally assigning the same entity twice.
- The plate search on the gate entry screen can now be disabled via configuration, restricting driver lookup to QR code or appointment number only.
- Gate entry driver plate lookup is now case-insensitive and only matches confirmed appointments, avoiding accidental matches with past or cancelled appointments.
- Visitor registration no longer requires at least one of email or phone number to be filled in.
- The gate entry header no longer displays the dock/location name during check-in steps.
- Cancelled appointments are now excluded from the truck schedule view instead of appointments still "In Creation".
- The truck schedule now stays on the previously selected date when navigating instead of resetting to today.
- The supplier field is automatically hidden and cleared for outbound appointments, since it only applies to incoming goods.
- Creating a default load for an appointment now also sets its expected departure date, and the system no longer proposes creating a default load for inbound appointments when appointment/unload linking is disabled.
Corrections
- Fixed an issue where translated labels (pallet types, special requirements) could fail to display correctly for certain language codes.
- Fixed the gate validation detail screen to correctly hide the supplier field for outbound appointments.
v1.45.422 juil. 2026
Nouveautés
- On appointment details, you can now print all associated load documents at once, or print the documents for a single load directly from the appointment lines list.
- Added a dedicated "No Show" reason selection when marking an appointment as no-show, so the reason is recorded consistently, the same way a refusal reason is.
- Third parties can now have a secondary logo/document uploaded and displayed on their details page.
- Truck driver and visitor safety documents can now include PDF files, which are displayed in an inline preview alongside images during gate validation and visitor check-in.
Améliorations
- The document list attached to a third party now uses the same, more consistent document management interface as loads, deliveries, and purchase orders (upload, view, download in one place).
- Third-party document uploads and viewing no longer require separate dedicated pages; everything is managed directly from the third party's detail screen.
- Truck driver and visitor documents are now resolved and displayed more reliably during gate validation and visitor check-in.
- Visitor safety instructions details (acceptance status, language, date, allowed zones) are now displayed more reliably on the visitor detail page.
- Minor display improvement: images and file previews in detail pages are now shown more consistently regardless of the field name.
Corrections
- Fixed an issue where uploading a document for a field other than the main logo could overwrite the wrong field.
- Fixed printing behavior when selecting multiple documents across several loads, ensuring each load's documents and reference are handled correctly and reporting which prints failed, if any.
v1.45.321 juil. 2026
Nouveautés
- Added a new Custom Objects configuration screen (with its detail lines) allowing users to create, view, edit and delete custom objects of any category, including attaching a document or image to each object and its lines, with a preview (image or PDF) directly on the detail page.
Améliorations
- Truck driver and visitor safety documents (gate entry and visitor check-in) are now managed as configurable documents (images or PDFs) instead of fixed images, and PDFs can now be displayed and previewed directly on the handheld/kiosk, not just images.
- If a mandatory safety document fails to load, the check-in/gate-entry step now clearly blocks progress with an explicit error instead of silently letting the user continue.
- Safety documents shared by several visitor zones are now loaded only once, making the visitor check-in screen faster when multiple zones require the same document.
- Clicking on links within tables and detail pages is now faster, as navigation no longer triggers a full page reload.
- The application now waits properly for user settings, translations, configuration and parameters to be loaded before displaying the interface, reducing the risk of seeing an incomplete screen right after login.
Corrections
- Fixed an issue where printing an appointment document could use the wrong reference (load instead of appointment), which could result in an incorrect document being generated.
- Fixed a case where users could incorrectly be denied access to a page while their permissions were still loading.
v1.45.220 juil. 2026
Nouveautés
- New Security settings page (Administration > Access Management > Security) to configure the password policy: minimum length, password history, minimum difference from the previous password, personal-information check, expiration, maximum login attempts, and complexity rules (uppercase, lowercase, number, special character).
- Password rules configured in Security settings are now enforced when a user resets their password or when an administrator creates a warehouse worker, with clear on-screen guidance when a rule is not met.
- Users can now be locked out after too many failed login attempts, with a clear message explaining why access is blocked.
- Appointments, loads, deliveries, customer orders and purchase orders can now be linked to each other directly from their detail pages or list screens, using new "Assign to load" and "Assign to appointment" actions (including bulk assignment from list screens). Existing links can also be removed from the same screens.
- Purchase orders can now be pre-assigned to a load from a dedicated allocation screen, similar to the existing delivery pre-assignment screen.
- Customer orders can now be pre-assigned to a load from a dedicated allocation screen.
- Appointment creation/edition now supports directly selecting the loads, deliveries, orders or purchase orders to attach, instead of only creating a new load automatically.
- Appointments now support optional free-text references and a "truck composition" section (pallet types and quantities, plus free instructions), visible on both the edit form and the appointment detail page.
- A new "references complete" status lets an internal user confirm that a carrier's documents and references have been properly submitted before the appointment is validated.
- Added a restricted, simplified appointment form and view for carrier users: they can create/consult appointments, provide truck/driver information and attach documents, but cannot manage docks, recurring appointments, status beyond "Submitted", or entity links.
- Gate validation now lets the agent re-assign the truck to a different dock at the moment of validating access.
- The load detail page now shows pre-assigned purchase orders (for inbound loads) in addition to deliveries and orders.
Améliorations
- The Schedule (agenda) and Gate validation menu entries and pages now use their own dedicated permissions, allowing finer access control instead of sharing the general Appointments permission.
- The Purchase Orders "pre-assigned load" screen now has its own dedicated menu entry and permission.
- Selecting rows across multiple pages in delivery, customer order, purchase order and load lists is now more reliable and consistently preserved when navigating between pages.
- The appointment schedule view now shows a visual indicator (✔/✖) for whether a carrier's documents and references have been validated.
- The gate entry and visitor entry tiles on the mobile home screen are now only shown to users who have permission to access them.
- Improved reliability of the "print documents" action from the appointment detail page, now correctly resolving the associated load and its document set.
- The password fields on login/reset forms now use proper browser autocomplete hints for password managers.
Corrections
- Fixed an issue where removing a delivery, order, or purchase order assignment from a load did not always behave consistently across entity types.
- Fixed the appointment "Reset password" flow to correctly display success or specific error messages instead of a generic message.
v1.45.117 juil. 2026
Nouveautés
- CellaBot on RF/mobile terminals — warehouse operators using handheld scanners can now open a CellaBot chat panel directly from the mobile interface. The assistant answers questions about stock, locations and current tasks in read-only mode (it cannot make changes from the mobile device). It appears as a floating button and slides up as a drawer over the current screen.
- Locations Occupancy view — a new screen under Stock Management lets users visualise warehouse slot occupancy in 2D grid, top-view and front-view perspectives, with tooltips showing detailed stock information per location.
- Custom Permissions management — a new section under Administration → Access Management allows creating and managing custom permission sets (with their detail lines) that can be applied to warehouse workers. The full CRUD (create, edit, delete) is available for both the permission group and its individual rules.
- Custom permissions on warehouse worker profiles — administrators can now assign and manage custom permissions directly from a warehouse worker's detail page, without leaving the worker record.
- AI Conversations audit log — supervisors and administrators with the appropriate access can browse the history of all CellaBot conversations (by user and date) from the Monitoring menu.
- "Magic filter" in list views — list screens now include a smart free-text filter bar that lets users search across multiple fields at once, in addition to the existing advanced filter panel.
- Record History: transaction grouping — the Record History screen now shows a Transaction ID column, making it easier to identify all changes that were made together in a single operation.
- Record History: field-level diff view — detail pages for record history entries now display a before/after comparison of the changed fields, so users can see exactly what values were modified.
- CellaBot: conversation continuity across page reloads — the chat history is now preserved within the browser tab session, so a hard page refresh no longer clears the conversation. Clearing the chat or logging out still starts fresh.
- CellaBot: inline charts — the assistant can now render data as charts directly inside the chat widget when answering analytical questions.
- CellaBot: proposed actions with confirmation step — when the assistant suggests a data-changing operation, it now presents a Confirm / Cancel card before executing anything, giving the user explicit control.
Améliorations
- Locale handling for all language-dependent queries — stock status lists, reception screens and server-side data fetching now correctly derive the two-letter language code from any locale format (e.g. fr-FR → fr). This fixes display issues for users whose browser locale includes a regional variant.
- Equipment selection on picking — the equipment pick-list now loads up to 500 items (previously 100), reducing cases where the correct equipment was missing from the list.
- Visitor safety checklist — zones that have no safety documents configured no longer block the check-in flow. Only zones that actually have documents to acknowledge require acceptance. A clear informational message is shown when no documents are configured at all.
- Appointment form — the date/time field now displays correctly regardless of the user's locale (including English), preventing a blank or broken date-picker.
- Text input fields — the artificial 100-character cap that was applied by default to all free-text fields in forms has been removed. Fields no longer silently truncate input unless the data model explicitly defines a limit.
- Detail page loading — detail pages no longer briefly show empty or stale content while data is still being fetched, avoiding a flash of missing information on initial load.
- CellaBot: Markdown links safety — assistant responses now only render clickable links for standard web addresses and relative in-app paths; unknown or potentially harmful URL schemes are displayed as plain text.
Corrections
- Visitor safety checklist error handling — a failure to load the document set for one zone no longer shows a generic error and aborts the entire checklist; that zone is simply treated as having no documents, and the rest of the checklist loads normally.
v1.45.013 juil. 2026
Nouveautés
- Visitor Management module (web) — A dedicated "Visitor Management" section is now available in the navigation menu (visible to users with the relevant permissions). It includes: · Pre-register a visitor – create a visit record in advance with visitor details, destination zones, escort requirement and visit reason. · Visitor list – browse, search and view the detail of all registered visits, including safety-instruction acceptance status, allowed zones, visitor signature and full status history. · Visitor check-in – security staff can search for a pending visit, review the visitor's registration and approve or refuse entry (with a structured refusal reason). Refusing a visit cancels it and records the reason. · Visitor check-out – security staff can record the exact time a visitor leaves the site. · Visitor schedule (calendar view) – a calendar showing all planned visits, separate from the truck appointment calendar.
- Visitor self-check-in kiosk (mobile) — A new self-service flow is available on the mobile interface under "Visitor Entry". Visitors can:
- Truck appointment list now excludes visitor visits — When the "Visit" appointment type is configured, visits no longer appear in the truck appointment list or the truck schedule calendar. Each type of appointment is shown in its own dedicated area.
Améliorations
- Appointment schedule calendar — Visit-type appointments are now hidden from the truck appointments calendar. Appointment times are parsed correctly as UTC so the calendar always shows events in the user's local time zone.
- Column filter stability in lists — Applying a column filter header no longer inadvertently resets column visibility, order or width settings that had been changed since the last data load.
- Tooltip positioning on buttons — Tooltips on action buttons no longer shift or flicker when hovering near the button edge.
- Translation with numeric zero — Messages containing the value 0 (for example "0 of 2 confirmed") now display correctly instead of falling back to the placeholder key.
- Date formatting in forms — Date pickers in add/edit forms no longer throw an error in English locales due to a missing date format definition.
- Multi-select dropdowns in forms — Fields that accept multiple values (such as allowed zones) now display as a multi-select picker in add/edit forms.
v1.44.17 juil. 2026
Nouveautés
- Pack – "Finish Position" / "Finish Box" button — A new action button is now available on the Packing screen (step 40). Operators with the appropriate permission can declare the remaining quantity of a position or an in-progress box as missing in one tap. A confirmation dialog shows the quantity to be declared before proceeding. The flow then automatically returns to the next position or round/equipment scan as appropriate.
- Article supplier code displayed on RF screens — The supplier article code (internal reference comment) is now shown in the information header on the following mobile screens: Article Info, Box Preparation, Content Movement, Cycle Counts, HU Movement, Init Stock, Pack, Pick, Pick-and-Pack, Reception, Round Packing, and Round Picking.
- Stock on hand visible on the Article detail page — The list of handling unit contents (stock on hand) associated with an article is now displayed directly on the article detail page for users who have read access to stock content.
- Movement priority visible on the Movements list and detail page — The priority field is now shown in the movements list and on the movement detail page.
- Carrier "Is Virtual" flag visible on the Carrier list and detail page — The virtual flag of a carrier is now displayed in the carrier list and on the carrier detail page.
- Purchase order line article now links to the article detail page — Clicking the article name on a purchase order line now navigates directly to the corresponding article detail.
Améliorations
- Reserved carriers excluded from selection lists — Virtual and closed carriers are now automatically filtered out from carrier selection dropdowns across the application (appointments, gate entry, carrier add/edit forms, and load creation).
- Button order and colour configurable on RF preparation screens — The action buttons on the Pick, Pack, and Pick-and-Pack RF screens can now be reordered and recoloured without a code change, via the RFPREPARATIONACTIONBUTTONS parameter (scope: outbound). Each button entry in that parameter's extras accepts an order (integer) and a color (CSS value).
- Stock owner resolved more reliably on RF screens — The stock owner is now looked up following a consistent priority (barcode → logistics unit → article) across all mobile flows (box preparation, content movement, init stock, quantity move, stock owner selection). This prevents cases where the stock owner was missing or incorrect when it was only set at a higher level.
- Location scanning accepts both name and barcode simultaneously on Pick and Pick-and-Pack — The location scan step now searches by both name and barcode in a single query, so a scanned barcode or a typed location name both resolve correctly without separate code paths.
- Quantity confirmation dialog on Movement-to-Process — When the quantity entered to process a movement exceeds the expected quantity, a confirmation dialog is shown before proceeding, preventing accidental over-processing.
- Movement type list sorted from most recent to oldest — The movement type dropdown in the add movement form now lists types in descending order.
- Empty and similar location lookups handle backend errors more gracefully — If the backend returns an error or an unexpected response when suggesting empty or similar locations, the screen now clears the list cleanly rather than crashing.
- Content stock owner filter relaxed when no stock owner is specified — When no stock owner is known, the content search no longer incorrectly restricts results to records with a null stock owner; any stock owner is now accepted.
- Scan steps handle missing backend responses without crashing — The Pack, Reception, Cycle Count, Content Movement, and other scan steps now handle cases where the backend call returns no result (network error, etc.) by resetting the form cleanly instead of throwing an error.
- Form text fields automatically trimmed of leading/trailing spaces — String, text area, and password inputs on web forms now strip surrounding whitespace when the user leaves the field or presses Enter, preventing accidental spaces from being saved.
- Autocomplete fields in web forms now support dynamic filtering and always show the current value — Option dropdowns that depend on another field's value are hidden until the dependency is resolved. In edit mode, the current value is always visible in the list even when it falls outside the first page of results.
- "Partial quantity" indicator on Movement-to-Process corrected — The header now highlights the quantity as partial whenever the processed quantity differs from the expected quantity (not only when it is strictly less).
v1.44.012 juin 2026
Nouveautés
- Gate Entry kiosk (mobile) — A new self-service kiosk flow is available on the mobile app, accessible from the home screen. Truck drivers can complete their check-in entirely autonomously, step by step:
- Gate Validation dashboard (web) — Security agents now have a dedicated section under "Truck Management → Gate Validation". It lists all truck arrivals pending review, colour-coded by punctuality (on-time, early, late, very late). Agents can open any entry to see the full driver/vehicle details, the accepted safety documents and the digital signature, then either approve (mark as on-site and assign a dock) or refuse with a reason from a predefined list. Refusing offers the choice of cancelling the appointment outright or resetting it so the driver can restart the kiosk process.
- Mail Templates (web) — A new "Mail Templates" section is available in the Administration menu (subject to permissions). Users can list, create, edit and delete email templates. Each template can be written directly in the editor or imported from an HTML/text file. A live side-by-side preview shows how the template will render in an email client.
- CellaBot AI assistant (web) — When enabled for your warehouse and your user account, a floating chat button appears in the bottom-right corner of every web page. Clicking it opens a chat panel where you can ask questions about what you are currently viewing (lists, records, filters, selections). CellaBot is context-aware: it automatically knows which screen and which record are on screen. Conversations are cleared on logout. The feature is off unless explicitly activated by your system administrator.
Améliorations
- Appointment schedule (web) — In the daily (dock) view, each dock column now has a guaranteed minimum width. When there are many docks, the schedule table scrolls horizontally instead of compressing the columns to an unusable size.
- Delivery detail page (web) — Delivery line rows are now sorted by creation date by default, making the order of lines more predictable. Status-based button visibility (edit, cancel, delete) now reads live configuration values from the system settings, so it stays correct even when tenants customise their status codes.
- List views (web) – filter persistence fix — Switching between the standard search filters and the advanced filters no longer silently discards the other group's saved filter options. Both filter systems are now preserved together when saving user settings.
- Login page (web) — The username field text is now always displayed in black, ensuring it remains readable on all themes and browsers.
v1.43.42 juin 2026
Améliorations
- Smarter search filters across all record types. — Advanced-filter fields in list views (articles, orders, deliveries, handling units, rounds, movements, locations, and many more) now use the most appropriate filter widget for each field: text-search boxes appear where typing a name or code is natural, dropdown selectors appear for status/category fields, yes/no toggles appear for boolean fields, and number inputs appear for numeric fields. Previously these fields either had no filter widget or showed the wrong type, making it harder to narrow down records.
- Auto-complete look-up fields now show results in alphabetical order. — Whenever you type in a linked-record field (e.g. choosing an article, a stock owner, a carrier, a location, etc.), the suggestions are now sorted A → Z, making it easier to find the right record.
- Date-range filters now offer "Today" and "Tomorrow" quick-select shortcuts. — On any screen that has a date-range filter, you can click a preset button to instantly fill in today's or tomorrow's full-day range instead of picking dates manually.
- Linked-record selectors switched from fixed dropdown lists to searchable auto-complete fields. — Across all modules (appointments, orders, deliveries, equipment, rounds, purchase orders, etc.), fields that link to another record now let you type and search rather than scrolling through a static list. This is particularly useful for tables with many records.
- Round priority field now filters by category. — When selecting a round on shipping-unit screens, the list is pre-filtered to show only rounds of the relevant priority category, reducing irrelevant choices.
- Round list: priority, blocking, and number fields use correctly typed filters. — The priority field now provides a numeric input, the blocking/weight-optimisation toggles now show yes/no filters, and the number of lines/articles fields accept numeric input, matching the nature of each value.
- Config and Parameter screens: "scope" and "system" fields now use the correct filter widgets — (dropdown and yes/no toggle respectively) instead of plain text boxes.
v1.43.328 mai 2026
Nouveautés
- Pre-assigned load page – carrier & shipping date info — When you select a load on the Pre-assigned Load page, the carrier name and expected shipping date for that load are now displayed directly next to the load selector, so you no longer have to navigate away to check those details.
- Pre-assigned load page – estimated load summary — When confirming deliveries in the pre-assigned load workflow, a new summary section now shows the total estimated number of boxes, pallets, and load metres across all selected deliveries, giving you an at-a-glance capacity overview before you confirm.
Améliorations
- Navigation – "Business Management" menu moved earlier — The Business Management section (Credits, Customer Orders, Payments) now appears higher up in the side menu, before Stock Management, reflecting a more logical grouping.
- Navigation – "Truck Management" menu reorganised — The Truck Management section now includes Pre-assigned Loads (previously listed under Preparation) alongside Loads, Appointments, and the Schedule. The order of items within the section has also been updated (Pre-assigned Loads → Loads → Appointments → Schedule).
- Appointments breadcrumb corrected — The breadcrumb trail for the Appointments section now correctly reads "Truck Management" instead of "Business Management".
- Stock Movements search simplified — Several fields in the Stock Movements list (including location, article, and origin/destination references) no longer show individual search/filter boxes, reducing clutter and making the search bar easier to use.
Corrections
- Pre-assigned load selection panel — The action bar above the delivery list no longer has a fixed maximum height, preventing buttons or controls from being cut off on certain screen sizes.
v1.43.226 mai 2026
Améliorations
- Search filters now available across all screens — Text fields, date fields, numeric fields, boolean toggles and dropdown selectors are now properly activated as search/filter controls throughout the application. This affects virtually every list view — articles, barcodes, orders, deliveries, cycle counts, equipment, carriers, appointments, locations, and many more — where filtering fields that previously had no search control are now searchable with the appropriate input type (text box, date range picker, number field, yes/no toggle, or dropdown).
- Corrected filter types on several fields — A number of fields that were assigned the wrong filter type (e.g. a free-text box on a numeric or date field, or vice versa) have been corrected. Affected areas include delivery lines, customer orders, credit lines, delivery models and others. Filters on these fields will now behave as expected.
- Appointment detail view simplified — The Appointment detail page no longer shows a large block of entity address and contact fields that are not relevant in this context. The view is cleaner and easier to navigate.
- Dark theme and global style enhancements — Visual improvements have been applied to the interface, including an expanded dark theme and updated global styles, resulting in a more consistent look across the application.
- Location extras edit form improved — Minor layout and behaviour improvements to the form used to edit location extra fields.
- Appointment scheduling page updated — The appointment scheduling screen has been adjusted to improve usability and layout.
